  • PUBLIC MEETING RE GUARANTEED INVESTMENT CONTRACTS
    • The Division of Investment Management announces that on May 6 ..... it will hold a meeting with representatives of the American Council of Life Insurance (THE ACLI) to provide them with an opportunity to present their views on the status under the securities laws of certain contractual arrangements issued by life insurance companies.
    • These contractual arrangements are generally known as guaranteed investment contracts.
    • This meeting was requested by the ACLI and will be open to the public.
